When is a system boiler better than a combi?

A system boiler is often the better choice if you have more than one bathroom or if hot water is used in several rooms at the same time. While combi boilers heat water on demand, system boilers can deliver strong hot water flow to multiple outlets by using a stored cylinder.

Do I need a hot water cylinder with a system boiler?

Yes. System boilers are designed to work with a hot water cylinder. During your quote, we will check whether your existing cylinder can be reused or whether it makes sense to upgrade to a modern, better insulated cylinder.

Will you remove my old tanks?

If you are upgrading from an older regular boiler with loft tanks, we can remove the redundant tanks as part of the installation. This is included in your quote so you know exactly what is covered before any work begins.
