Jon was replacing a radiator, fixing a small leak and servicing our boiler and then serviced my mums boiler immediately afterwards. He provided an excellent and efficient service. He was clean and tidy, not leaving any mess behind. Once you have your fixed quote, you can pay 50% of the sum, and then we’ll begin work. When all the work is done, the remainder is paid.
What happens after the heat pump is installed?
We’re committed to leaving your home in great condition so you can enjoy your new heat pump. We wear boot covers and bring cleaning equipment and dust sheets, and we clean up carefully before we go.
Are there any warranties?
We’re fully insured, and we offer a 12-month warranty on workmanship and up to 12 years’ manufacturer warranty.
