During your survey, our engineers assess your property, water pressure and lifestyle to confirm whether a combi, system or regular boiler is the right fit.

What size combi boiler do I need?

Most East Yorkshire homes require between 24kW and 35kW, but it depends on property size, insulation levels and water demand. We size your boiler correctly during your assessment to ensure the best performance and efficiency.

Will a combi boiler improve my water pressure?

Combi boilers often provide better hot water pressure because they use the mains supply. The actual improvement depends on your incoming mains pressure. If pressure is low, we will advise on solutions such as pressure-boosting equipment if suitable.

How long does installation take?

Can you remove my old tanks and cylinder?

Yes. If you’re switching to a combi boiler, we can safely remove your hot water cylinder and loft tanks as part of the installation. This is included in your fixed quote.

What should I do if my home has more than one bathroom?

Combi boilers can struggle with simultaneous demand. If your home has multiple bathrooms, we may recommend a system boiler instead to ensure reliable hot water flow throughout the property.
